TRACKING YOUR ORDER
It takes 2-5 business days after your payment for your delivery tracking number to become active, at which point you can find it by:
· Logging in to My Account on our website and then navigating to “Order History”, where your tracking number will be displayed; or
· Waiting to receive an email from us automatically notifying you of your tracking number.
To monitor your order as it is being delivered to you, we recommend that our Australian clients use the AfterShip.com service until the delivery reaches Australia. After clearing Australian border customs, you can monitor your order at AusPost.com.au. We recommend registering your email address with Australia Post to receive the most up-to-date information on your order’s status via their online tracking service.
